She’s Beauty by Shekayla J is more than just a name—it’s a reflection of my journey, my passion, and my belief that beauty is more than skin deep. The name is a play on the first three letters of my name, "She," but it also carries a deeper meaning: beauty isn’t found in makeup—it’s found within the person wearing it.

This brand was born from a moment of realization while volunteering at a family shelter. A woman shared how she used to love makeup but could no longer afford it, and it struck me—beauty is often treated as a luxury, but it shouldn’t be. Everyone deserves to feel confident, empowered, and seen, regardless of their circumstances.

She’s Beauty is about more than makeup—it’s about accessibility, self-expression, and giving back. Whether I’m helping a young girl embrace her first lip gloss, hosting a prom dress drive, or making beauty education more accessible, my goal is to create a space where everyone can feel beautiful, inside and out.
